From dedicated meeting rooms for any business or leisure event to the relaxed outdoor spaces ideal for weddings and parties, our venues at the Karratha International Hotel can meet any requirement you have.  We can accommodate Boardroom meetings for 10 through to formal sit down dinners up to 150 people.


The Goldfinch conference room is perfect for groups from 10 – 80 people depending on the occasion.  It is ideally located by reception and opens out to Etcetera's Restaurant and Bar area. All your catering requirements can be arranged and there are break out areas available throughout the hotel grounds. Although used mainly for meetings and conferences it has its own private bar that can be utilised for cocktail parties or dinners.

Conference room hire includes complimentary pads, pens, iced water and mints.

Additional equipment is also available (charges apply) and include TV, video, lectern, projector and screen, MultiSync data projector, flipcharts and other items necessary to ensure your event is a success.

The Conservatory, surrounded by tropical gardens is ideal for larger functions such as weddings, dinners and cocktail parties. Along side this venue is the Terrace, an al fresco area that can act as a pre-function space for the Conservatory or can quite easily act as a function and event space on its own merits.  Both spaces are available on an exclusive basis.  In the cooler months the Conservatory makes for an excellent alternative to your traditional indoor conference - the outdoor space creates your "conference with a difference" and allows delegates to escape the confinements of an 'office' environment.

The Conservatory function space is the perfect venue for Weddings in Karratha, and can seat 50 people or 70 people cocktail style.  By night the room glows with subtle lighting overlooking the sparkling pool and gardens. Select a set menu, mouth watering buffet or alternatively choose from one of our cocktail platter options.

Montebello's is ideal for weddings, large functions and family outings - Montebello's has everything to offer. Available for exclusive hire for large functions (min of 150 guests). Where better to hold the more relaxing functions than out by the pool surrounded by swaying palm trees.


The Pavilion - offering a bar, two levels and music the Pavilion bar is ideal for cocktail parties, hen's nights, birthday's and more.  Adjacent to Geckos its is also available on an exclusive basis. Please note a minimum of 70 people is needed to book this area.
